Upscale Clothing & Fashion Accessories

We are a customer service-driven consignment boutique, catering to women of all ages. We emphasize affordable clothing from your favorite designers, as well as handbags, shoes, accessories, and jewelry.  We do no require appointments, but do ask if you'd like to bring items to consign that you first read this page for details on our consignment guidelines.  Thank you!

How to Consign:

1. What do I need to know before I come in?

We accept better brands of ladies clothing and accessories, such as White House Black Market™, Chico's™, and Talbots™, Tory Burch™, Kate Spade™, and Louis Vuitton™, just to name a few.  Basically everything from popular designer labels and unique boutique finds to high-end couture.  We find that current styles (and timeless classics) sell best. If you purchased it new within the last year or two, it's probably fine.  We accept clothing ranging in size from 0-18 in our Greenville boutique, and 0-22 in our Anderson boutique.

We're not able to accept items with stains, odors (including smoke odors), pet hair, or missing buttons or broken zippers.  Please insure clothing items are freshly laundered and brought on hangers if possible, to prevent wrinkling.  We'll be happy to return your hangers!

Handbags must be authentic, no knock-offs.  Don't forget to empty pockets and wipe clean, inside and out.

Shoes should be current season, very clean with no scuffs, worn areas, footprint stains or padded inserts. Please wipe clean inside and out before bringing in.  We accept shoes ranging in size from 6-12.

Jewelry should sparkle - no broken or tarnished items, please.

TIP:  Take a quick photo of your items for your records prior to bringing in.  Once priced, items will be itemized in your online account.

2. How does it work?
Once priced and put out on our sales floor we'll consign your items for 60 days. Prices are set by Blue and Gold Macaw, and once the item sells we'll pay you 40% - 50% of the selling price.  As a consignor you'll have online access to your account through our consignor's website and will be able to track items as they sell, as well as your sales total. Stop in for your money any time or apply it to store shopping credit.  Consignors also receive a 10% discount on all purchases!
3. Do I need to make an appointment?
No, you don't! We make it easy to drop off your items at your convenience.  If time permits, we'll go through them with you right then and there.  If not, you can take advantage of our "drop and run" process.
4. What types of accessories do you accept?
Anything women would like! Jewelry, shoes, handbags, wallets, belts, scarves — we accept most accessories. If you're unsure, call and ask or bring it in.
5. What's the difference between a consignment boutique and a thrift shop?
A thrift shop is usually a retail outlet that sells donated items in order to benefit a charity, such as Goodwill™.   A consignment store sells gently used or new items on behalf of their clients.  The quality is typically high in a consignment store and items tend to be more upscale, while keeping the prices quite reasonable.
6. Seasonal Acceptance Dates:
Mid-February - Spring; April - Summer; Mid-August - Fall; October - Winter/Holiday
We look forward to the opportunity to work with you!
